Цель. Изучение ангиотропной активности дипептидных миметиков 4-й петли фактора роста нервов (NGF), обладающих свойствами агонистов и антагонистов TrkA-рецепторов. Методы. Эксперименты in vitro. Ангиотропные эффекты дипептидных миметиков 4-й петли NGF изучали в опытах, выполненных на культуре изолированных клеток эндотелия человека HUVEC. Эксперименты in vivo. Ангиотропные эффекты дипептидных миметиков 4-й петли NGF оценивали на модели ишемии задней конечности крыс, которую воспроизводили путем одномоментной резекции участка бедренной артерии. Результаты. В экспериментах in vitro показано, что агонист TrkA-рецепторов (соединение ГК-2; 10-6 М; n=12) стимулирует начальную стадию ангиогенеза – тубулогенез, о чем свидетельствует статистически значимое (p
