Implantation is the key process for becoming pregnant. Failure of implantation in IVF cycles is one of the main problems of modern reproductology. Search for biomarkers and the determination of the best time and maximal endometrial receptivity for the implementation of the selective transfer of embryos into the uterine cavity is the main direction of modern research. However, to date, there is no consensus about the value of the detection of someone or other markers as an ideal factor determining the fertility. The pathognomonicity of the marker is insufficient to identify receptive endometrium due to the complexity of the infertility and the individuality of the each female patient. In the present review there are considered data on some signaling molecules, expressed by endometrial cells during the suggested «implantation window» which participate in the in the formation of the endometrial receptivity and determine the success of implantation, as well as methods of detection of given factors to predict the outcomes of IVF cycles. There is considered the value of growth factors, enzymes and cytokines for the delivery of a panel of biomarkers that provide personalized approach to the management of females women in IVF clinics.
