In recent years, scientists from different countries are actively discussing the concept of translational medicine and consider it as important area of molecular medicine development. Translational medicine promotes the transfer of discoveries made in basic biomedical researches into medical practice with aim to improve the diagnosis and treatment. Development of translational medicine has been based on the principles of personalized (patient-specific) medicine. Nowadays translational medicine is an integrated system of research, practical and social (bioethical) measures which are closely interrelated and intercommunicated. The organizational aspects of development of this issue include the further scaling of research in the field of progressive translational technologies, involvement of the financial support from the public and private investment.
